If negotiation fails, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.

The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties. During the dispute resolution process, both parties shall continue to perform other provisions of these Terms that are not subject to the dispute.
